1.Spa therapist- Female ( Baner, Pune )
We are looking for a qualified spa therapist to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) in a safe and comfortable manner
- Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
- Keep a clean and stocked room
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
- Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
- Cooperate with and report to administration
- Proven work experience as a Spa therapist
- Hands on experience in massage techniques, face/body therapies
- Good knowledge of English language
- Communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 /month

2. Guest Relation Executive- (Baner, Pune)
We are looking for a qualified Guest Relation Executive to provide professional and result oriented GRE for our business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests on a regular basis and build a relationship with them
- Attend to phone calls and take appointments
- Be conversant with all the therapies and provide information about the same to the guests
- Selling of gift vouchers and memberships to the guests
- Ensure that the cash bill is maintained in a secure manner and maintain accounts for the spa
- Seek feedback from guests about their experience
- Control costs by following laid-down procedures
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness with the help of the housekeeping staff
- Deliver high quality & personalized service to the guests with the help of the therapists at the spa
- Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures
- Handle any guest grievances and bring it to the Spa Manager’s notice immediately
- Maintain the reception area in an effective manner
- Maintain inventory of all materials in the spa and ensure there is no pilferage or wastage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹18,000 /month
